ABB/Alstom HTGD 90117
General Electric GEK 32568 and GEK 28143
Siemens TLV 901304
MAN Turbo machines

SRS Wiolan CD 46, 68, 100

SRS Wiolan CD are compressor oils manufactured from paraffinic base oils with a high natural VI and high flash point. They have proven themselves particularly well in thermally-stressed reciprocating and rotary piston compressors. Further potential applications are thermally-stressed plain and roller bearings in re-circulating oil systems, e.g., plastics and rubber calenders, paper machinery, rotary kilns, etc.

pdfSpecifications
DIN 51 502    VDL
ISO-VG          46, 68 and 100

SRS Wiolan CD compressor oils conform to the most stringent requirements of DIN 51 506.
As alloyed oils, they are member of the VDL Group, thus meeting the requirements for Group
VBL and VCL oils. Test results are available on type approval testing on SRS Wiolan CD as a
Type VDL lubricant as per DIN 51 506, conducted by the Technical Monitoring Union, Essen.

SRS Wiolan TH 220

SRS Wiolan TH slide way oils offer excellent adhesion, good sliding properties and low friction value. They are employed mostly for lubricating slideways and guide channels on machine tools. However, they have also given outstanding service in numerous applications in the textile, paper and packing industries.

pdfSpecifications
DIN 51 502    CGLP
ISO-VG        220

SRS Wiolan TH oils exceed the requirements of CGLP-oils according to DIN 51 502. Research on SRS
Wiolan TH oils carried out by Schmidt Gleittechnik GmbH, Rödental, in their tribology laboratory showed
excellent results.

SRS Mihatherm WU 46

SRS Mihatherm WU is a heat transfer oil with excellent thermal stability and low viscosity at high boiling range. It is recommended for equipment being operated at a film-wall temperature in the range between -10°C and 350°C. As with all mineral heat transfer oils, care must be taken to avoid contact between oil and air, as contact between oxygen and the heat transfer oil causes accelerated ageing.

pdfSpecifications
ISO-VG        456
DIN 51 502    Class Q

Operating security and reliability result from conformity with DIN 4754,
accident prevention regulation VGB 17 and VDI Guideline 3033.

SRS Wiolan IF 10

SRS Wiolan IF 10 is an insulating oil with excellent resistance to oxidation that has been specially developed for use in transformers and switches. It has been proving itself under extreme operating conditions for a number of years. Due to its excellent low temperature behaviour, it is as trouble free at very low temperatures as it is at the high operating temperatures as a result of overload. It meets the requirements of major transformer manufacturer’s.

DIN 51 502    J 10
ISO-VG        10

VDE 0370
DIN 57370
IEC 60296:03
IEC 60296:85 Class I/II
ASTM D 3487 Type 1

SRS Wiolan IF 10 meets the requirements of major transformer manufacturer’s.

SRS Wiolan KF 46 / 68

SRS Wiolan KF are a semi-synthetic oils for the lubrication of compressors used in refrigeration systems.  They can be used in refrigeration equipments operating with refrigerants of Group KA (NH3 or CO2) or Group KC (halogenated hydrocarbons). They have favorable mixing characteristics with halogenated refrigerants as well as excellent refrigerant resistance.

pdfSpecifications

ISO-VG             46 and 68

SRS Wiolan KF refrigeration oils exceed the requirements of DIN 51 503 as well as
of the groups KA (NH3 or CO2) or Group KC (halogenated hydrocarbons).

SRS Wintal UG 22 / 46

SRS Wintal UG Oils are chlorine-free, low misting multipurpose oils with polar active ingredients and extreme-pressure additives. In their preferred application as a cooling lubricant, the additives used react with the materials as they slide against each other (tool/chip), reducing the frictional resistance.
The tendency of the tool and the chip to weld together is greatly reduced. In general the following advantages result from the use of SRS Wintal UG Oils: Longer tool life with high dimensional accuracy, high surface quality and high cutting power.

pdfSpecifications
ISO-VG        22 and  46

Application Areas - Cutting Oil
Working Processes:     Turning, drilling, milling, automatic works, thread cutting, gear shaping, thread milling.
Working Materials:      Carbon steels, free-cutting steel, structural steel, grey and malleable iron, nonferrous and light metals.

SRS Ersolan 100 / 150 / 220 / 320 / 460 / 680

SRS Ersolan gear oils are zinc-free, petroleum-based industrial gear oils. Available in different viscosity classes, they are recommended for a wide variety of industrial gear drives. They have been approved by all major gear drive manufacturers.

pdfSpecifications
ISO-VG          100, 150, 220, 320, 460 and 680
DIN 51 502    CLP

The requirements for CLP gear oils as described in DIN 51 517 Part 3 and SEB 181 226 are met.
Many of the requirements of these two standards are exceeded by a large margin. Major firms
have more stringent requirements, es i.e. FE 8-Test, than those defined by DIN and SEB.
These demands made by various large companies are also met.
